As I noted, this important initiative is well underway in working towards better utilizing data for decision-making and intentional engagement of parishioners and volunteers.
Our new DD&T team, led by Robert Wollan and Andrea Chinchilla, has begun to identify state-of-the-art tools to help us be more efficient and effective in serving the real wants and needs of our parishioners. I am grateful for the hard work.
Our dedicated parish staff, school administrators, and so many of you as parishioner volunteers have been asked to faithfully serve our community with a patchwork of different systems and tools that have hindered our work for too long.
We are now combining many of these different systems to improve your experience, and your help is essential to ensure we correct any errors and have your most up-to-date information. Last week, all Nativity School Families completed a similar process, and now we need your help.
Arriving this week in your email inboxes (perhaps already!) is the current data set we have for you and your family. We are asking you to respond via the link in the email by next Tuesday, September 1 to verify and update your information so that we can better serve you.
We appreciate the extra effort it will take to help us clean up our data at this time. Inevitably, there will be some mistakes, so thank you for your assistance in getting this completed with the most current and accurate information. Only one household adult needs to complete this information.
Please know that your privacy is important to us. As such, Nativity of Our Lord will never share your information with third parties beyond the scope of our parish mission statement.
Thank you for your help as we prepare for our future together, and please contact us with any questions.
May God bless you and yours.
Fr. Patrick Hipwell, Pastor of Nativity of Our Lord
