This weekend is Nativity of Our Lord’s annual St. Vincent de Paul Weekend. Deacon Don Tienter will preach at all the Masses, sharing insights into the Society’s efforts to “bring Christ’s healing love to the poor.”
Members of our SVdP conference made home visits to more than 150 clients last year and provided assistance ranging from help with rent to warm clothing, beds, pots, and pans. (Click here for more details.)
You can also drop off a check at the parish office (or mail one) made out to “SVdP Nativity Conference.”
St. Vincent de Paul’s thrift store is in serious need of women’s shoes, especially athletic and leisure shoes, sizes 5-11, and shoes for spring.
If you have gently used shoes that you’re no longer wearing, please consider donating them. You can drop them off at the back door of the store at 461 W 7th St., or call SVdP Nativity at (651) 334-2935.
Thank you!
