As part of the Synod Implementation, Archbishop Bernard Hebda is asking each parish to begin or expand a small group ministry.
As in the early Church, small groups of Christians today can know and care for one another, learn our faith more deeply together, and bring God’s mercy and the good news of Jesus Christ to others. It’s a great way to connect meaningfully with other parishioners and neighbors.
Our parish-wide Small Group Invitation Weekend at Nativity of Our Lord will be Saturday and Sunday, January 20-21, when you will be able to sign up onsite with your smartphone or with the help of a parish Synod representative.
You'll have the option of a Couples, Women- or Men-only, Mixed (couples and individuals), or one of a variety of "Special Interest" small groups.
Sunday morning will feature donuts provided by the Men's Club, while synod representatives will be on hand at all Masses to answer questions.
