Grandparents Fall Event with Dr. Katy Wehr

All grandparents and spiritual grandparents are invited to a morning of enrichment, encouragement, fellowship, and prayer highlighted by a presentation, Doing Lectio Divina with Kids on Wednesday, October 25.

Nativity of Our Lord parishioner Dr. Katy Wehr from Catholic Studies at the University of St. Thomas will share a simple, interactive format for Lectio Divina (a method for praying through Scripture) with family and friends. 

She’ll explain the format with a simple handout, and then we’ll try it together, discussing how you could use this with your grandchildren!  

Please join us for Holy Mass at Nativity at 8:15am in the church that day if you are able to do so. Sign up then begins at 8:45 AM downstairs in Steiner Hall, with the event at 9:00 AM. Refreshments will be served.  

Nativity of Our Lord is located at the corner of Prior Ave. and Stanford Ave. (1938 S Prior Ave., 55105) in St. Paul, with a handicap-accessible door with elevator on Prior Ave.
