Christmas Liturgies

Christmas at Nativity of Our Lord represents a high point for the liturgical life of our parish, and for good reason: not only is it one of the two highest feasts of the Church year, it’s the patronal feast day of our parish!
 
Please join us in worship on the Nativity of Our Lord, as we offer Mass in person and live-streamed, as well as the opportunity to receive Holy Communion for those who can't attend in person.
 
Christmas Masses in the Year of Our Lord, 2020 will each be celebrated in both the church in limited capacity — reservations required — with live-streamed overflow seating in Steiner Hall.

Christmas Eve Mass | Thursday, December 24, 2020

• 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Christmas Day Mass | Friday, December 25, 2020

• 12:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:15 AM, 11:00 AM

To help us maintain appropriate safety measures, we will use a reservation system for Christmas Masses. Reservations will open on Monday, December 7 at 9:00 AM — first come, first served.

• Please note: Reservations have now closed for all Christmas Masses except the 7:00 AM on Christmas Day.

Please select seats on the end of an open row, if available, to help us use our space most effectively. Bring your confirmation email with you that has your seat numbers.

For those who aren’t comfortable making a reservation online, please call (651) 696-5430. Voicemail requests are not guaranteed, and are only confirmed upon a returned phone call.

Please only reserve for your household. We will do our very best to accommodate all requests but space is limited. To request a change or to cancel a reservation, please call (651) 696-5430.

Reservations are required. We apologize that we are not able to accommodate walk-ins for our Christmas liturgies.

For those unable to attend Mass in person, we invite you to tune in virtually here on our website, then come to receive Holy Communion outside at the School Plaza (off Wellesley Ave.) in your car or on foot, no reservations required. Cars should enter the circle drive on Wellesley and follow the parking attendants' direction.

All Catholics continue to be dispensed from any obligation to the sacraments while the pandemic persists, so these opportunities are entirely optional.

We have worked hard to create a safe environment with increased sanitization, mask wearing, and six feet of distancing between households — while also respecting our sacramental life — to bring you beautiful liturgies.

Please also note the following:

• There will be no Adoration December 22-25.
• The parish office will be closed 12/24 and 12/25.
