Neighborhood Safety Notice

Parishioners who live in the immediate neighborhood have reported the recent theft (and another attempted theft) of a catalytic converter, as well as strangers attempting to open the doors of parked car doors in the past few months.

At least one occasion involved a white Suburban and another a purple Suburban. 

Always contact the police immediately if you see any suspicious activity so officers can investigate immediately. Please then inform the parish office at (651) 696-5401 or info@nativitystpaul.org.

Never leave your car running and unattended and always lock your car doors. Police have also encouraged neighbors to do the following, in both the front and back of homes:

• Use caution walking to cars, especially in the dark;
• Take photos or videos;
• Install cameras, and encourage neighbors to share existing footage; and
• Install motion lights and leave outdoor lights on.
