As the calendar year nears its end, please fulfill your 2022 stewardship commitment and consider providing Nativity of Our Lord with a special Christmas and/or year-end gift.
Christmas Giving
We are grateful to our many parishioners and friends who offer a special Christmas donation above and beyond their weekly stewardship contribution.
Even while Christmas falls on a Sunday this year, we would like to invite you to again consider an extraordinary contribution in honor of the Nativity of Our Lord, our patronal feast day — and in particular this year, as we celebrate 100 years as a parish.
Gifts of Stock and Retirement Distributions
If you would like to give the gift of stock, IRA distributions, or would otherwise like to make our parish a designated beneficiary, please call Parish Business Administrator Laura Barr at (651) 696-5423, or Joyce Kotta, parish accounting, at (651) 696-5436 for assistance.
You can also contact the Catholic Community Foundation to learn more about maximizing your charitable giving by calling (651) 389-0300, or visit ccf-mn.org.
Deadlines for Gifting
The last regular Sunday offertory collection of the year will be Sunday, December 25.
To take advantage of a tax deduction for your 2022 contributions, all financial contributions must be received by the parish office or, if mailed, postmarked on or before December 31, 2022.
Anything received (or postmarked) beginning January 1, 2023 will be recorded as a 2023 donation.
We are happy to announce that we have reached our parish goal for the 2022 Catholic Services Appeal, which funds 20 Designated Ministries Archdiocesan-wide. As such, 50% of any additional dollars donated are returned back to the parish to fund our ministries and operations. Thank you to all who have contributed this year!
If you still wish to donate, please note that envelopes must be postmarked en route for CSA offices by December 31, 2022 to be eligible for this Parish Sharing incentive.
More information can be found at nativitystpaul.org/catholic-services-appeal.
You can also give directly at GiveCSAF.org; just be sure to mark your parish as Nativity Of Our Lord-St. Paul.
